This 3 bedroom, two storey dwelling on a very steep property was in desperate need of a kitchen upgrade, more practical and accessible bathroom spaces, a living space that flowed between kitchen, living and dining with functional ease, and separated laundry and rumpus spaces downstairs. Most importantly of all was the need to remove the dominating staircase balustrade in order to re-introduce the internal spaces to the stunning tree top views to the north.
